How Browsonic — operated by SmartIO Bilişim Sistemleri San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. — delivers its software-as-a-service subscription and how returns, cancellations and refunds are handled (Teslimat ve İade Politikası).
This Delivery & Return Policy describes how SMARTIO BİLİŞİM SİSTEMLERİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("SmartIO") — the operator of the Browsonic service — delivers the Browsonic subscription to customers and how returns, cancellations and refunds are handled. It should be read together with our Terms of Service, Distance Sales Agreement and Refund Policy.
1. Nature of the Product
Browsonic is a digital, web-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription. There is no physical product, no shipment and no delivery courier. The Service is delivered electronically over the public internet to the customer's account on browsonic.com.
2. Delivery
How delivery happens
Upon successful completion of payment through our payment processor (iyzico), the Service is provisioned to the customer's account immediately and automatically:
- the selected plan is activated on the customer's account;
- included quotas (event volume, retention window, seats) are applied to the account in real time;
- a confirmation email is sent to the billing email address with the order summary and access details;
- the customer can immediately use all features included in the purchased plan.
Delivery time
Provisioning is instantaneous. If activation has not happened within thirty (30) minutes of a successful payment (for example, due to a payment-processor delay or a temporary service incident), please contact browsonic-support@smartiobilisim.com and we will resolve the issue on our side.
Maximum legal delivery period
In any case, and in line with Turkish consumer-protection law, we will fulfil delivery of the Service no later than thirty (30) days from the date the order is placed. If we are unable to do so we will inform the customer and issue a full refund within fourteen (14) days.

- a current web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge);
- a working internet connection;
- a valid Browsonic account at browsonic.com.
3. Return / Cancellation
Right of withdrawal — and its statutory limit
Under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği), the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have been performed with the consumer's explicit prior consent and the consumer's acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal will be lost once performance begins.
Because the Browsonic Service is provisioned immediately upon checkout — with the customer's explicit consent given at the time of purchase — the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not strictly apply once the Service has started to be used.
Our voluntary satisfaction window
Despite the above, as a commercial gesture SmartIO offers a satisfaction window on top of the law:
- Monthly plans: on the very first paid month, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the charge if the Service does not meet your needs.
- Annual plans: on a new annual subscription, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of the initial charge.
- After these windows, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to stop future renewals — paid access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

4. How to Cancel or Request a Return
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings on browsonic.com. To request a refund within the satisfaction window, write to browsonic-billing@smartiobilisim.com from the email address associated with your account, and include the account or organisation name, the date and amount of the charge, and a short note on why you are requesting the refund.
We aim to acknowledge requests within two (2) business days and to issue eligible refunds within ten (10) business days.
5. How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the charge through our payment processor (iyzico). Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take an additional five to ten (5–10) business days to appear on your statement. If the original payment method is no longer available we will work with you on an alternative consistent with payment-card-industry rules.
6. Defects and Service Incidents
If the Service has a material defect that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time and that prevents you from using the features you paid for, you may request a refund for the affected portion of your subscription. Contact browsonic-support@smartiobilisim.com with details of the issue.
7. Consumer Protection Authorities
For consumers in Türkiye, disputes that cannot be resolved with us directly may be referred — depending on the value of the claim — to the local Tüketici Hakem Heyeti (Consumer Arbitration Committee) or the Tüketici Mahkemesi (Consumer Court), in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the annually-updated monetary thresholds published by the Ministry of Trade.
